CoolDownTracker shows a small movable icon cluster for selected important group and nearby-ally buffs and their cooldowns, including Whispering Wind, For The Witch King!, Absolute Preservation, and tank movement buffs. It watches live buff state and marks each tracked cooldown as waiting, active, cooling down, or ready, making it easier to see what your group or nearby allies may have available.
