QuickNameActions+ lets you perform certain actions by clicking on a player's name in chat while pressing a modifier key:

Shift+Left Click - will attempt to do a /who on that player. Shift+Right Click - will message that player with an "x". Ctrl+Left Click - will attempt to invite that player to a group. Ctrl+Right Click - will attempt to join that player's group. Alt+Left Click - will add/remove that player from your friend's list.

It is a remake of an old live addon.
